Joe: You are correct. I wrote the paragraph first and my calculations for predicting the Nike regional meet came out slightly different the finish at Utah. I didn't go to the merged results, I used my own database. I use more than one meet to predict results and Springville came up just short. Looking at their times just from the state meet they very well could be a team on the podium at Nike Southwest. It gets REALLY close after AF down to #8 in the region. I personally still think Davis could jump some teams, but I couldn't find the data to back up my hunch.

I forgot to point out that I was referring to the top 4 listed schools from UT.

In the southwest region. It states the the order for the top 4 schools listed were American Fork, Olympus, Timpanogos, and Lone Peak. In the merged head to head results. The top 5, are 1.) American Fork 94. 2.) Olympus 133 3.) Timpanogos 157 4.) Springville 173 and 5.) Lone Peak 193.5 . Lone Peak did score fewer points then Springville in their division.
